“Anne’s approach to mindfulness was truly refreshing—she took the intimidation and uncertainty out of the practice and made it feel accessible and achievable. Rather than presenting mindfulness as something abstract or overwhelming, she broke it down into simple, actionable steps that could be seamlessly incorporated into daily life. Her practical guidance and warm, engaging style made it easy to see how even small moments of mindfulness can have a meaningful impact. I left the webinar feeling empowered and excited to put her techniques into practice right away.”
“As a medical [provider] I experience a high workload. These tools [that Dr. Welsh presented] are part of my 2025 goals of working on my own well being and giving time to my loved ones.
